Vision Boards help us discover more deeply who we are by arranging collected words and images to express what is hidden within.
Collage workshops on different themes run most months in 2020: January 5 & 19 – Visioning the New Year; March 22 – Loving What Is; April 5 – Cancer and Me; May 24 – Couples’ Vision Boards; September 27 – Connecting with Nature; October 25 – Remembering Grief; November 22 – Rekindling Hope. 1:30-4:00 Sunday in Old Ottawa East. All supplies plus refreshments provided. Limited to 16 participants/workshop. A weekly group for pregnant and new moms — Connect with yourself, your baby and other mothers. Sessions include a brief check-in, a relaxation exercise, a visualization, expressive arts, and an opportunity to share insights. Ground-rules ensure a safe, comfortable space for all. Small group — Minimum 4; Maximum 6. Babes in arms are welcome. 4 sessions — Wednesday or Thursday mornings 10-11:30. Near Saint Paul University, Old Ottawa East.
As this is a program promoting psychological health, receipts for psychological services for work-place insurance or income tax purposes will be provided. The cost is $175 including HST for the series.*
